  • realize the importance of investing in themselves, even when it’s not easy or sacrifice is necessary
  • are ambitious and gain satisfaction from setting and attaining goals
  • tend to be self-sufficient, but recognize the need for support from others to truly excel
  • are intelligent, yet confused with nutrition info that is overwhelming, misleading and contradicting
  • may lack skills in the kitchen, but are ready to gain confidence and approach cooking with ease
  • have a genuine interest in food, fitness, health and wellness
  • remain curious and open to learning and trying new things
  • consider it pretty cool to go against the norm and to embrace fresh approaches to healthy living
  • exhibit a positive attitude about consistently working towards change and improvement
