While most nutrition regimens are based on limits and restrictions (of calories, fats, carbohydrates, proteins, and so on), the Elevation program encourages the exploration of food. By incorporating more natural, whole foods into the diet you will begin to reconnect with your own instincts and become adept at eating more intuitively. Put an end to obsessing over food choices and feeling guilty with your decisions.
